This padded cycling short is an eight-panel, anatomically designed bicycle short that hugs the muscles for support and reduction of muscle fatigue. These shorts prevent chafing by eliminating seams between the legs. The smooth inner leg reduces opportunity for abrasion and saddle sores from cycling. These bike shorts keep you comfortable and dry with high quality fabric that absorbs perspiration.

Top Shelf pad is an anatomical design for riding position: ergonomic concepts were employed for the design of this bike short that hugs the muscles for support and reduction of muscle fatigue. The Multi Level Pad M.L.P.® uses multi level production technology to improve comfort by relieving the pressure points between the body and the bicycle saddle. The new pad system incorporates the log established Hygienic® fabric.

The side wings on this pad offer up excellent fit around your legs and torsoe. This excellent it is not available with one piece padsMade in the USA.

ATD GEL PADDED BIKE SHORTS

This Gel chamoi spad has a high density and perfect  shape. The side wings follow the body and has a front modesty panel that covers perfectly the genital area. Design and density give the perfect support for medium and long rides. The pad has high density foam and different transition areas that gradually change thicknesses to provide support from the seat area (Ischia bones) to the medium perinea area. This Gel is a perfectly non toxic Gel injected with holes for perspiration. It doesn’t create any “bag” or “film” barrier to the natural air flow.

aero-X AERO-X uses two different deniers of Nylon for advanced moisture management, durability and softness with 16% Spandex content for perfect compression and stretch. An advanced fabric for the worlds most comfortable cycling shorts.

The Spectra is a high performing pad that moves in concert with your body. The SPECTRA CHAMOIS was spawned from the development of the Strata and possesses many of it's attributes. The separate side wings and front panel are radio-frequency welded to the main chamois body, completely eliminating stitching and producing a super-smooth transition between the independent chamois components. This creates a comfortable pad with ease of care.  Men's Spectra pad is red and the women's spectra pad is blue.

The chamois is multi-tiered from 8mm - 10mm to provide protection in more critical areas, but maintains the same foam density throughout. The Spectra is treated with HYGIENIC® anti-microbial solution to combat the effects of retained moisture, body lotions, oils, perspiration, etc, which can encourage the growth of bacteria and cause unpleasant odors.

A takeoff from our legendary Ergozone chamois, the all new Air Zone is still one of the most ventilated chamois in our line-up. As important as ventilation is, comfort remains the most important function of a chamois.

  • The new Airzone was developed with the B.E.M. (Beveled Molding Edges) high-density perforated memory foam. This technology eliminates any drastic drops of heights at the edge of the foam, resulting in a smooth transition, hence no pinching point and chafing.
  • To keep the same breathability without compromising comfort, we have reduced the size of the vents but doubled their numbers. What’s more the foam and the fabric used for this chamois wick moisture away. The fabric is also treated with anti-bacterial solution to combat the effects of retained moisture, chamois creme and body lotion which can increase the growth of bacteria.
  • The Louis Garneau chamois shape and variable thickness resulting from 25 years of research, development and testing have allowed us to determine the perfect ratio between length, width and thicknesses conforming ergonomically with the human body.
