International Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes:
For orders shipped internationally (outside the United States), prices shown on our website do not include local taxes, customs duties, tariffs, or import fees levied by the destination country.

Transfer of Risk and Ownership:
FOB Shipping Point: Title to products and the risk of loss, damage, or destruction pass to you (the customer) upon our handoff or delivery of the package to the shipping carrier.
Loss or Damage in Transit: Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, we are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages in transit. Claims for damaged or missing items during shipment must be filed directly with the designated carrier.
Correct Address Responsibility: You are solely responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the user, nor are we liable for costs associated with reshipped or returned packages due to invalid delivery information.
Undelivered / Refused Packages: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable or because it was refused (including refusal to pay international customs/duties), you will be refunded the cost of the products minus applicable original and return shipping fees incurred by us.
