At Aero Tech Designs, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward return policy to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible.
60 Day Return Period:
• Unused Apparel: You may return unused apparel within 60 days of the original purchase date for a full refund or exchange.
• Worn Apparel: Apparel used while cycling or other physical activities are not eligible for returns. Apparel that has been washed will not be accepted.
• Return and exchange shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping error.
• Aero Tech Designs will cover the return shipping for exchanges.
• Please allow 5-7 business days to process returns/exchanges once received.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• Gift cards/gift certificates are non-refundable.
• Returned orders over $500 USD are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.
• Amazon customers: We are currently only able to offer refunds for Amazon purchases. If you would like an exchange, we can help you place another order.
After 60 Days:
After the initial 60-day period, returns will only be accepted for items approved under our 1-Year Manufacturer Guarantee. This guarantee covers defects in materials and workmanship, ensuring the quality of our products for one year after the purchase date. To initiate a return under the Manufacturer Guarantee after 60 days, please get in touch with our customer service team for approval.
1 Year Manufacturer Guarantee:
Our Manufacture Guarantee covers defects in materials and workmanship. Items covered under the Manufacturer Guarantee are eligible for exchange or repair at our discretion. If you believe your item is eligible under this guarantee, please contact our customer service team for approval and further instructions.
Aero Tech Designs' Crash Policy:
At Aero Tech Designs, we understand that accidents can happen while cycling, and we want to support our customers in their pursuit of safe and enjoyable rides. Our Crash Policy is designed to provide assistance to customers who experience a crash and damage their cycling apparel. We value the safety and satisfaction of our customers and aim to make the recovery process as smooth as possible.
Terms and Conditions:
This policy applies to customers who have purchased Aero Tech Designs cycling apparel. To qualify, the customer must provide evidence of the crash, such as photographs of the damaged apparel.
The Crash Policy covers eligible customers with 30% off their repurchase of the same or equivalent Aero Tech Designs cycling apparel. The discount only applies to damaged items and does not extend to additional products or accessories.
To initiate a claim, customers must contact our Customer Support team within 30 days of the crash incident. Provide clear and detailed information about the incident, including photographs of the damaged apparel. Customer Support will assess the information and determine eligibility for the discount. Once eligibility is confirmed, customers will receive a unique discount code for 30% off their repurchase. The discount code can be used during checkout on our website.

Return Policy - We want to make your return easy and fast.
Instructions: To return a product for a refund or exchange
Send the completed Return Form (PDF) completely filled out.
If you have access to a copier, you could include a copy of your packing list. For returns relating to multiple orders, please enclose a copy of each order's packing slip. Note: UPS and FedEx deliver daily. US Postal shippers can request delivery confirmation to us, but please do not request a signature be required. Should you request a signature, your package will be delayed in delivery to us. Our US Postal mailman does not usually deliver "signature required" packages. Please allow at least one weeks processing time from when your return is delivered to our offices to process your return or exchange.

Thank you for your interest in our cyclewear. We try to make the return and exchange process as user-friendly as possible and we understand that purchasing clothing online can be difficult sometimes because everyone's own body type and personal preference on fit can be a little different. As long as an item is still in its original condition you are eligible for a refund or exchange. We ask that all returns are postmarked within sixty (60) days of the date that you received the order.
Each order will include a copy of our Return & Exchange Policy on the reverse side of the packing slip inside your order's mailing envelope. If you would like to send anything back please just fill out the form accordingly and mail it back to us using the address at the bottom of the page. We recommend using a mailing service that provides a tracking number or delivery confirmation (Priority Mail through the US Postal Service is usually a pretty inexpensive and quick service that provides a tracking number). For exchanges, we will always cover the shipping charge when mailing the new items back out to you after your exchange has been processed. *Please allow one business week from the time your order is received at our facility to be processed, an e-mail notification will be sent to you once it is complete.*
We just ask that you please leave the tags on all items and try them on before using them in a physical activity or washing them; returns and exchanges can only be accepted when the items are in their original condition. Shipping is Not Refundable:
Shipping charges are paid to your chosen carrier (USPS, UPS or FedEx) and are non-refundable.

We cover the cost of re-shipping your exchanged item(s). To exchange an item, just return it within 60 days of your order's ship date with this completed Return Form. Please make sure that all of the tags and original packaging are included. Aero Tech Designs will not exchange any garments that have hair or have been worn, dirtied, or washed. Exchanges will be shipped back via first class mail.
For Security purposes, credit card numbers expire in our system after a few months, depending on your payment processor. Federal security regulations require the credit card number to expire in our systems. Your card can no longer be accessed for purchase or refunds. Refunds cannot be made after the stated return window because of this regulation. We can offer exchanges or store credit.
Returned orders over $500 USD are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. Please allow 7 business days after receipt of your return for the refund to show up on your credit card statement.
Amazon customers: We are currently only able to offer refunds for Amazon purchases though we would be happy to help you set up a new order instead of an exchange.
Store Credits and Gift Certificates:
Place your items into your shopping cart and then redeem your store credit or gift certificates at checkout. Credits are issued as coupon code for a specific amounts. Once you are ready to check out, enter your "coupon code" which is a number that is redeemable upon checkout in the shopping cart. Enter your coupon code in the box and click "apply" you will see the credit amount that was issued removed from your total.
Our products are unconditionally guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship. If your item is defective we will repair or replace the item at no charge to you. Please send your defective item to us along with an explanation on the Return Form (PDF) and we will make sure you receive a replacement.
We never sell your information to outside agencies. We keep your data private.
This site is hosted by Big Commerce which hosts the store pages, ordering system, and order data. Big Commerce automatically collects order information but may only use this information in the aggregate.
Third-Party Web Beacons: We use third-party web beacons from various Companies, such as Google, to help analyze where visitors go and what they do while visiting our website.
