The first step in creating full custom cycling apparel is to complete the Request Form. The Request Form asks for basic information including: team name, contact Information, including email and phone, desired due date, sizes and quantities [Minimum order requirement of at least 10 units per garment style], and any special instructions. This is the best way to get the conversation rolling. When we receive the Request Form, we will send the information needed to take the next steps in developing a custom design. In the meantime, start to get your logos together and think about your design. Full customized kits are created in various ways.
Option 1: Complete a Custom Template. By having a completed template, it will take less time and money!
Option 2: Provide a past reference for the design. We can take a past jersey redesign it by us.
Option 3: Have us create your kit from scratch. All we need is the logos and a direction and we will create an exclusive kit for you and your team.

We will provide a formal price quote after the source artwork and apparel have been chosen. Once we have all the vital information for the kit, we will send a formal quote for approval and a fit kit application. The fit kit is a collection of actual clothing samples in various sizes to ensure proper sizing.
We take pride in our designs and what we present to our customers. We use the latest techniques and technology to make cutting edge designs for you. Sometimes you may want to revise a design or change a color. We allow up to 3 free revisions before additional design time is needed. We will work with you until your design is perfect and you are completely satisfied.
After all revisions are made, we will prepare a final proof for approval. We will provide a .PDF design proof and a fabric color swatch for your final approval. Once approved, it's off to the last step.
Our expert team of printers and seamstresses will produce the kit in our factory in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. By using the most up to date sublimation process, we will add a rich, deep color to the polyester fibers of the garment. The Pantone color matching system will ensure that the colors desired are the colors you get. We will keep you posted on the progress of you order. An optional e-mail can be sent after printing, sublimating, cutting, sewing, and packaging. We will email you the tracking number when we ship. Aero Tech knows people have certain needs for their custom jerseys. Individuals might not need a back pocket because they are looking for a spinning specific jersey, others might want a 3/4 zipper instead of a full zipper. Although, the patterns and fit cannot be changed, does not mean that we can't take requests. If you have a question about a certain part, ask us! We will let you know what can be done.

Scotchlite reflective works by returning light rays back to an original source using thousands of microscopic glass beads. This technology illuminates no matter the direction of the light source.

All are high performance polyesters that gone through extensive testing that ensure that they will keep you comfortable on long days in the saddle. Some options include, mesh side panel fabric, stretch elite jersey fabric, elite short fabric, or even a heavier weight jersey fabric.
