Greatest pants I own
This is the third time I€™ve purchased these pants. I just had to have another pair , The older pairs have held up fine ( 2 years I think), but you just need those extra pairs. They are great to bike in, so many pockets. Not too tight. So comfortable. They run on the larger side. I wear a 12-14 pant and large is generous. I actually wear them for a lot more than biking . Great fior hiking and just about any outdoor activity. I love the rapid dry material.
ProsComfortable , many pockets , great material, long lasting

Great riding pants!
Bought these for a Fall fundraising ride. Love the fit, all the pockets, and the length. Plenty of stretch in the fabric without being too form fitting.
Best UsesGreat for commuting, but I use them for biking in slightly cooler weather (don't like tights). I also will use in the Spring for kayaking.

Awesome shorts!
Fantastic shorts, good length, lots of deep pockets with zips. Stretchy material makes it easier for movement. I've worn these hiking as well - good all-rounder cargo pants. Finally have found my 'go to' cargo shorts/pants. Nothing like this in Australia! I've ordered another 2 pairs!
ProsLots of pockets, button / hole with zip, elastic parts in waistline
ConsNone!

Great Capris
I've never found capris made of this material that look good on a plus size woman. These do! In fact I actually felt rather svelte! Ok, not really svelte but good enough to go out to lunch in them. Comfortable to ride in with a good chamois

Awesome pants
Love these pants. Finally women's pants with pockets you can actually put stuff in. The fit is great and the fabric stretches as needed.

Great for biking.
The six pockets help stash valuables during your ride & walking around town. I ride a recumbent trike. The pedal pusher length is perfect for my ride.
Best UsesRiding on city streets. I don't need a bike bag for my wallet or phone since I keep snacks in my jersey.

Women's Urban Pedal Pushers
Kind of disappointed.. must have slipped through quality control. Inside left front pocket edge was sewn to the leg (I was able to remove threads and make pocket useable). This was the second pair of Pedal Pushers that I'd ordered so I ordered the same size as my first pair because they fit perfectly..DISAPPOINTED...again I'm blaming quality control.. because the waist band is tighter and the leg material is more generous. If I had not planned on taking these pants on a trip with me , I would have returned them.

Excellent touring shorts
I LOVE these shorts so much I just bought my 3rd pair. I have worn these at work, on 3 bike tours, a few overnight camps, and traveling in Europe. I ride a recumbent bike so back pockets need to be smooth, therefore these are perfect. The zip leg pockets are great for keeping phone, wallet, and keys secure while still allowing quick and easy access. The cargo pockets are deep enough to keep from losing things even in a recumbent position. The elastic in the waist is just enough to keep them snug without looking too baggy. The fabric is light weight, quick drying, and breathable, though it does make a swishing sound when walking. The leg length is perfect for keeping the sun off of my thighs & knees when riding. I only wish for two things: that these came in dark brown, and that there was a zip-off longer version (the zip being at the current hem length).
ProsFit is good, light weight for bike touring and traveling, quick drying, multiple zip pockets (and placement of zip pockets), durable.
ConsWish they came in dark brown too. Wish they came in full length with zip off lower leg.
Best UsesBike touring & traveling.

Wear these nearly every day
I would love to get these in other colors, but only blue is available in my size. More, please!
ProsComfortable, great pockets
ConsFor some reason, the fly was changed. Not a major drawback, but I have two pairs and I have to be mindful.

Just what I was looking for
I will be ordering another pair of these shorts. The fabric moved with me and didn't pinch or bind. Most of the time when I wear bike shorts, at some point I find myself pulling and tugging to rearrange the shorts and I didn't with these. They were long to my knees, yet I didn't feel like I had on bloomers! I felt like I got what I ordered.
Prosthey are generously long, yet I don't feel like they were bloomers
ConsI only have one pair! :-)

Not good for a pear shaped woman (small waist, larger hips), but comfortable.
The waist was cut too big for me but the hips fit comfortably. It is a great travel material and washed in the hotel sink easily. I also found the length was not truly pedal pusher length but more like capris. I like my knees covered but I find capris dowdy. I used the elastic leg ties to make it gather up shorter. Overall, they were ok, but I did't love them, I probably would not have bought them if I tried them on in a store due to the fit.
ProsGood light weight fabric. Liked the grey color. The belt was helpful since the waist did not fit me by far.
ConsWaist too large, the XL was cut for someone with a very large waist and smaller hips.
Best UsesTraveling in hot weather, when you do not want to wear shorts above your knees.

Great for any sport
I bought these for the casual biking I do, but ended up also using them for sailing, kayaking, and hiking. The padded underwear snaps out, so they're great for any sport. Whereas many biking shorts are tight, I'm 63, and although I'm slender, these modest knickers are age appropriate!. My 27 year-old daughter borrowed them, and she also liked them.

Short rise pant
Let's start with I am a pear shaped woman who needs a short rise pant. These pants arrived and look great but they didn't work for my body. Ordered 3 XL as I mostly wear size 22 pants. They were way big in the waist and as snug as you would want in the thigh so I don't believe I could take a size smaller. They are truly a short rise so long waisted girls won't find these a good fit. Love the fabric and craftsmanship. Am literally biking my butt off (not sure about the thighs though) so will try a smaller size in the future! Returned them for refund, no hassle. Love this company!
ProsShort rise
ConsToo snug in thigh for my pear shape body

Urban Pedal Pushers Cycling Knickers
I'm very happy with these knickers! I plan to wear them mainly when I ride my recumbent. The inseam is pretty long, which I like, because it provides some sun protection for my thighs. I have to be very careful about sun exposure because I live in the desert southwest. I usually wear a size 8 in pants and these are QUITE roomy. I might consider ordering a size small next time. Great product - just what I was looking for. I plan to order one of the aero tech commuter tops, too.
Prosstretchy, nicely designed, plenty of freedom of movement
ConsMaybe they run a little large? That would be my only nit-pick and I consider that minor.

Too Bad These Did Not Fit
Great quality shorts. I wanted them to wear over top of padded bike liners. Perfect length to hide the "old lady bumps and veins". Sadly, they did not fit my body shape. I sent them back.
ProsGreat quality. Light fabric.
ConsDid not fit my curvy shape.

Great every day wear capris
While the fabric is a bit shinier than I'd want, i was very pleased with these knickers. I am 5'6", when not using the toggle to make them shorts, the pants come to mid-calf on me. This allowed for me to put long underwear on and wear these down to 20f, a very windy 20f. For long distances, i would recommend wearing liner shorts. They also do a good job in mist and light rain/snow in keeping legs dry. In a torrential rain, they didn't hold up, but I've yet to find anything that does.
Best UsesCommuting, trail riding, riding to pub.

Great product
I love the versatility of this product. I not only wear it cycling but also find it great for travel. The side pockets are deep and good for security. The small zippered pocket on the leg is excellent for money, keys and credit cards. These pants dry quickly and are very comfortable for long sits, bus rides and walking all day. I have the navy pants and if they get wet just keep going as they are comfortable that way too. I am 5 ' 6" and weigh 130. I have the medium and they are roomy but I might try the small next time. I recommend these knee high shorts/knickers/pedal pushers for all of your outdoor activities.
Proscomfortable, versatile, well made, light-weight, quick drying.

Nice fit in plus sizes
Finding quality outdoor clothing in plus sizes can be a challenge. A friend clued me in to ATD and I'm so happy she did. I ordered both the knickers and the shorts. I have rather short legs, so the knickers are more of a capris length on me, but I like that better. They fit nicely, and I like that they have a higher rise in the back for better coverage. They seem very sturdy and well made and I like all the zippered pockets. I will be using these for whitewater rafting, kayaking, and general outdoor wear.
ProsPlus sizes Good fit and coverage Quick dry material
Best UsesAny kind of outdoor activity.

Perfect fit
I got these pants for a vacation that involves water activities. I'm a fluffy woman and was concerned about them being too tight, but they fit great (measurements dont'e lie, when you take them). The fabric is better than I expected, looks like it may repel water and dry quickly.

Love these pants
I recently purchased a grey pair of these pants. I use them to commute on my bike to work (about 8kms each way). They are comfy enough not to worry about padded shorts underneath and smart enough to wear all day in my reasonably casual workplace. They wash beautifully. I have just purchased a pair in navy!
ProsFlattering fit Soft and stretchy material Comfy for riding Easy to care for

Very comfortable
The length is perfect. It hits just above the knee. The front pockets are a little hard to get my hand into but I like to use the zippered cargo pockets for stuff. I ride a cruiser and they are very comfortable in an upright position and also for daily general use. I liked it so much that I bought 2 more pairs.
