Good fit for tall/large
Good fitting jacket with long back for cycling. Not much in the way of reflective material on it though which is a shame. However, definitely the best fit we have found for tall/large body shape.
ProsGood fit
ConsWould like more reflective material on it

Not worth it.
Just purchased the jacket. Beautiful, except, first time I used the zipper it broke away from the jacket.
ConsNot made well enough

Dry, warm, adjustable
Though I ordered the wrong size that is my problem. Too big but I can deal with that. In driving rain it kept me dry. The lining inside kept the outside surface from transferring cold evaporation to my inner base clothes. The cuffs are adjustable with velcro instead of an annoying elastic choke. This allows me to roll the sleeve up when and if I need to. All zippered jackets have a strip of cloth along the inside of the jacket ... which makes them ALL impossible to zip up or down when riding without taking both hands off the handlebars. I simply used a scissors to cut that off, allowing me to zip up or down without catching the lining on the zipper. The adjustable string at the base of the jacket allows me to tighten the jacket ... especially important since I race recumbent bikes and I don't then have to worry about rain or wind billowing the jacket out. I would have liked this jacket to have a vent on the sides to deal with overheating. But not a deal killer.
Prosdry, warm.
ConsZipper that catches and requires two hands to un-catch.
Best Useswet, cold, wind.

Aero Tech Cycling Jacket (Water & Wind Proof)
Very Light weight ,comfortable, and worm jacket! It has allowed me to ride in colder & wet weather conditions!
ConsThe main zipper should be up graded to a better or higher quantity, but it works if you are care with it!

Good quality
Great fit on a large guy with a tummy. I got 2 sizes above my shirt size and it worked great on the bike. I liked the adjustable sleeve straps too. I would recommend it in rainy weather or really cold weather. It was too hot for a recent cycling event that had rain but it's a good jacket

Nice Jacket
As a larger woman it has been difficult at times to get things that fit well. I called Aero Tech and asked a couple questions which they were happy to help with as they had this particular jacket available at that moment to answer my questions. One is hip size that is not listed in the stats. They measured it for me and I placed the order. When it arrived in a surprising time (I expected it in a couple days later) I tried it on, was perfect! This is replacing one of my loved jackets and will be doing dual-duty as a cycling jacket as well as a weather jacket. Thank you Areo Tech.
ProsAreo Tech was happy to answer my questions and able to have one available to get their hands on to check out questions. It is what I was under the impression it is like from their descriptions.
ConsNo hip measurements for using as a women. That has been my best measurement for knowing if an cycling item will fit me well and do what i want it to do.

runs small
Normally wear a 3x, I originally got a 4x to fit over layers but was too tight. 5x in this is tight through the shoulders. Coat doesn't bellow or flap in the wind, which makes for a nicer ride. Water doesn't bead up but still arrive mostly dry in hour long rides in heavy rain.

The jacket zipper needs a redesign
Whomever designed this jacket obviously didn't do any alpha testing. The zipper baffle is on the inside and the cheap zipper gets stuck in it continuously. It's very frustrating. Also, if caught in the pouring rain, the water gets in through the zipper (since the baffle is inside instead of outside. The jacket works for wind and drizzle, but don't buy for a Pacific NW rainy season. It won't keep you dry. Positive point is the extended flap that unbuttons from rear of jacket.
ProsExtended seat flap
ConsHorrible zipper design. Baffle is under zipper instead of in front of it, so it gets stuck in zipper constantly
Best UsesWind, drizzle

Great product - lost a star for cheap zippers
I really like this product. It really is much more breathable than my other rain jacket. I am large and the jacket won't have much room for warmer layers as it gets colder here but it has made my rides in rain much better. The product loses a star for cheap flimsy zippers but don't let that stop you as the product is quite good.
ProsLightweight and breathable. Greatly appreciate the extra length in the back.
ConsCheap flimsy zippers.
Best UsesRiding in wind and rain. Really great.

I'm a big guy in Portland. OR.
I like the Jacket one because it's 3x. Two because it's American Made(very important). Three it's water proof. Iv'e notice a climb in Older People riding bikes more in Portland Oregon. To have a waterproof, This size, Made in America is what we need to bring people out of there shells and ride the city.
ProsIt's wind and waterproof
Consthe pocket opening are a little small for me to get my hands in. They could be bigger
Best UsesIn the rain or a windy day.

The Zipper ?@#&!
the inside flap next to the zipper constantly tangled when attempting to zip the thing! Sooo, I hand stitched the flap to the jacket about a quarter inch away from the zipper the entire length of said zipper. Problem solved. Also, I told my wife the jacket zips arsey versey from a normal jacket. She sez all women's clothes zip thataway! Huh? Otherwise it's all good.

What a great jacket!
I bought this jacket to use on the 2014 Chilly Hilly. It was awesome! As a former college football player I am not built like most cyclists and its hard to find a jacket that will keep me warm and dry when it rains due to the fact that I have a chest bigger than your average cyclist. It did both and I even got a little too warm in the windy 40 degree morning and I think it would be nice if they h

Wear ever day for commuting. Keeps me dry and warm with a light sweater down to 30??F. Hood fits tight to your head and keeps it warm. Pockets could be a little bigger. Could be little larger to accommodate more layers of clothing when it gets in the 20's.

comfy fit
I use this mainly for cycling to work and weekend spins of 50km to 100km I'm a big guy and this fits well lightweight and doesn't feel like a raincoat.|One issue is the zips and how the catch the material you have to be careful closing them the back pocket is annoying as its hard to access it while cycling as the zip gets stuck easily dry zips would be a great improvement. Good jacket, bad zippers
I got this jacket for xmas: good fit, like the illuminite, like the chest pocket with the port for earphone cables. It gets kinda wet on the inside when I use it, but I sweat profusely, so I'm not sure I'll ever find a waterproof jacket that doesn't do this for me. My only complaint, but MAN it bugs me, is that the zipper on the chest pocket is shoddy as hell. More than 1/2 of the time it binds w
