Aero Tech Designs Custom introduces our best pair of bib-shorts yet! The Aero Tech Designs Custom Men's Premiere Bib-Shorts are top-of-the-line bib-shorts for serious and experienced riders. Designed and constructed in the USA, it uses a two fabric zone system. The internal crotch area is a rugged 84% Nylon 16% Spandex for stretch and abrasion resistance between the legs. The outer panels are a high grade Italian fabric, specially formulated for printing, to provides breathablity, compression, moisture control, and structure to any rider who wants to gain the advantage over the competition. The bib straps are assembled using reinforced, light weight fabric to fit securely on the shoulders without shifting as to prevent any sores or hot spots while on long or hot rides.

The Air-Elite Chamois: An ergonomic pad that is a state-of-the-art, highly engineered design! men's elite gel pad
Elite 4D chamois pad is recommended for endurance. It is engineered and pre-shaped using four levels and densities of foam and gel. The Air Mesh chamois is an ergonomic pad that is a state of art design. Imported from CyTech, an Italian expert. The shape is seamless and highly engineered. Air Gel Mesh inside the pad optimizes the shock impact and absorption, stays dry, does not compress and stays cool. The surface has a Resistex branded carbon fiber that is a knitted, brushed surface that feels soft next the skin.
Product Care
Our clothing is made from synthetic performance fabrics and improper care can shorten the life of a product. Creams and liquids such as sun block can deteriorate the fibers faster, so we recommend minimal contact with these and your clothing.
Washing:
Before washing, close all zippers and close all fasteners. It's best to wash your performance cyclewear with cold water and a mild detergent. It is best to avoid the dryer and hang to dry. You will notice the clothing feels rather dry out of the wash. That is because these fabrics are engineered to remove moisture. (That's why you're buying performance cyclewear!) DO NOT wash your shorts and jerseys in the same load with things containing hook and loop closures such as gloves or bags.
