Product Information:
Aero Tech Designs engineered the Men's Custom Premiere Cycle Shorts for the anatomy and posture on the bicycle saddle to support long hours of bicycle riding. The surface has a Resistex branded carbon fiber that is knitted on the face with anti-static elements and multi-yarn functionality that gives a soft, brushed surface that feels nice and soft next the skin. Side panels are high end luxury spun polyester yarns that feel like cotton yet have high spandex and compression.
Two Fabric zones. The internal crotch fabric is a rugged 77% Nylon 23% Spandex for stretch and rugged abrasion resistance between the legs. The outer Poly/Lycra fabric is very cool in the heat. The outside of the legs is a rich knit that is 83% polyester 17% Lycra. High spandex content (23%) enhances compression and blood flow to feed fresh oxygen to working muscles and legs. The Air Gel chamois pad is an ergonomic pad that is a state of art design. Imported from luxury Italian experts, the shape is a seamless highly engineered design making our Men's Custom Premiere Cycle Shorts superbly comfortable.
These shorts have a one inch elastic that is cover-sitched in place with stretch stitches. Seams are flatlocked and smooth next to the skin. Leg band with minimalist silicone tips that are comfortable and keep legs in place. Leg have a huge 3M reflective material with maximum luminosity and visibility in low light. The leg band is high spandex fabric with light silicone gripper.This is an inside view of the silicone leg cuff of the Men's Custom Premiere Cycle Shorts. It is a soft elastic free cuff with a light silicone gel that is incredibly soft and easy to wear. No binding elastic yet the short stays in place during long, hard rides. Chamois Pad Information: Elite
Elite 4D chamois pad is recommended for endurance. It is engineered using four levels and densities of pad. Air Gel Mesh inside the pad optimizes the shock impact and absorption, stays dry, does not compress and stays cool. This chamois pad has a fabric surface from Eschler Bioactive™. Eschler is the best of class for high certification standards that guarantee their ability to wick perspiration. Natural antibacterial properties from silver ions in the yarn. The Italian made chamois in the Premiere Padded Cycle Shorts is excellent for long distance road or mountain bike rides. It has a seamless surface design with a three dimensional combination of foams fitted together like a puzzle engineered to absorb road shock and act like a pillow on the saddle. The fit is anatomically designed with a combination of elasticity and density. This pad tested in the excellent category by our product development team. The pad's face has a thin microfiber yarn knitted in three dimensions to cushion. It does not retain moisture and stays dry next to your skin. The Memory Foam is perforated for stretch and breath-ability.
Product Care
Our clothing is made from synthetic performance fabrics and improper care can shorten the life of a product. Creams and liquids such as sun block can deteriorate the fibers faster, so we recommend minimal contact with these and your clothing.
Washing:
Before washing, close all zippers and close all fasteners. It's best to wash your performance cyclewear with cold water and a mild detergent. It is best to avoid the dryer and hang to dry. You will notice the clothing feels rather dry out of the wash. That is because these fabrics are engineered to remove moisture. (That's why you're buying performance cyclewear!) DO NOT wash your shorts and jerseys in the same load with things containing hook and loop closures such as gloves or bags.
