These bibs are flat out the best!!!
November 1, 2016
From the fit to the quality these have become my preferred choice for rides. I own Fat Lad at the Back, LG, Pearl Izumi, Kucharik and Nashbar and I'll take these hands down over all of them. They have the best fit and are very comfortable. Of course it doesn't hurt that I'm a large rider and AeroTech seems to be the premier provider of cycling clothes for guys my size.
Pros:
Perfect Fit, comfortable and well made
Cons:
The "chamois" bunches up a little, but I suspect that could have to do with my size as much as anything else. So no points off for this.
Best Uses:
Daily cycling/commuting

Perfect fit
September 23, 2016
Fit as described. Chamois is thick enough to provide comfort for long rides, but not too bulky. Used this product three days in a row, (washing each day) riding over 150 miles. No soreness or discomfort. As with all your products, made in USA, outstanding quality. Keep up the great products.

Excellent Bib Shorts
September 15, 2016
This is the 4th or 5th time I've ordered your Bib Shorts. Every time I've been very happy with the product. Frankly they are as comfortable and durable as other bib shorts I've had that cost hundreds of dollars more. As long as these are available from your company, I'll be wearing nothing else.

High quality shorts for the money.
August 21, 2016
Just a good standard bib short. No frills, good cost, comfortable, good materials.
Pros:
Great bibs for the money. Probably the best cost bibs made in the USA.
Cons:
I would prefer a slightly thicker chamois pad. This chamois is also smaller surface area than from bib shorts of the same size. Other than that the chamois is good - just a comment on its size and thickness. Still happy with it.
Best Uses:
Training and commuting.

Amazing value!
July 13, 2016
I bought these right before my first century ride. They made a huge difference compared to the riding shorts o was wearing before. I ordered them with only 2 days left until the ride and I asked aero tech to rush them of they could. They did and I got them just in time. My only complaint is they started to wear on the inside leg from a strap on my saddle pouch from one ride. Other than that these are great!
Pros:
Comfortable, reduced soreness

Excellent Bibs
May 23, 2016
I ordered two pair of these recently and they fit true to size and are quite comfortable. I made the comment that the Aero Tech Bibs and the Brooks Flyer saddle are like a match made in Heaven. I finished a +50 mile ride yesterday and felt great. On some rides with other products, one notices discomfort or experiences pain points after the ride. Not so with the Aero Tech bibs. I will be completing some longer rides (tour) later this year and I am confident my clothing choice is perfect. Thanks for making a great product and I will be ordering Aero Tech to fulfill my future cycling apparel needs.
Pros:
Fit is spot on and these run true to size. I am 6' 2" and 240# - the XXL fit me perfect. Comfortable - you put them on and do not notice them - a mark of good fitting apparel. With mountain bike shorts from another manufacturer, I was always have to adjust and pull up.
Cons:
None - other than now I am tempted to spend more $$ as I want to order more of your products.
Best Uses:
Road biking, mountain biking, touring. These are my "go-to" bibs.

Top Shelf Bibs
May 17, 2016
The shorts section fits fine. I am skinny, bought mediums and the leg diameter is good. On other brand mediums, the legs are loose. But on all bibs, I wonder why they make the suspenders so tight. I have long legs and a short body but the suspender lengths are still an inch or two short. Do folks really like the crotch pulled up so tight??? I'm always pulling down on the crotch area to "make more room" on these and every bibs I've ever purchased. Not bad for the price.

Cycling Bibs
December 15, 2015
These are my first Aero Tech bibs and they are great quality the shipping was very fast. I only gave them 4 Stars because the chamois pad is a little thinner than I'm used to. Other than that, they have been great.
Pros:
Great quality
Cons:
Chamois pad a little thin

Great for the Money
November 23, 2015
Like many others who have bought ATD products I had spent money on other products but found that ATD had superior bib. Their detailed overview of the bibs made it easier for me to distinguish if the Top Shelf would work for me. Having lower back issues forced me to find a bib that provided a chamois that would cover my sit bones. The Top-Shelf did just that. I have not taken a spin of more than 20 and since my endurance training takes much much farther I am sure that product will continue to provide comfort for the long haul.
Pros:
superior design for sit bones
Cons:
straps tight
Best Uses:

BEST BIB SHORT FOR THE BUCK!
October 28, 2015
Second set of Top Shelf Bib Shorts purchased from Aero Tech Designs, undoubtably competes with top brands for half the price. Durability and fit are always on point! As a serious cyclist I have trained/raced in all bibs, save your money with these and spend it on the ride.
Pros:
BUY AMERICAN! American Sizing (6'0" 200 lbs male = SIZE LARGE)
Cons:
At the "Top Shelf" price point something has to give...Spandex used is not as breathable as there higher end bibs.
Best Uses:
Cycling On/Off Road

Great fit, Quality product for the price. I got tired of buying cheap and uncomfortable bibs and went for these. The first ride was a 85 miler with 4700' elevation gain and these bibs rode very comfortable. I will buy a 2nd pair for sure. Thanks...
Pros:
Good price for the quality. Comfortable fit.
Cons:

Recent convert
October 6, 2015
Just started riding a road bike again after 4 decades. These have worked out well. No chafing or binding. I am 6' 1", 165 lbs. 33 inch waist. The medium fits me really well, perhaps a little snug in the suspenders, but I would hesitate to go up a size. I like how they cover higher up the waist under the jersey. Bought a second pair already. Someone mentioned it before, but they are flexible enough to to easily use a urinal without bending over awkwardly.
Pros:
Fit pretty well. Stretch easily for pit stops. Padding is okay.
Cons:
Noticed a few loose thread ends, nothing too serious. Maybe a little snug in the shoulders if you are borderline "tall" size
Best Uses:
Road cycling, showing off your junk.

First pair of Bibs, will definitely buy again.
September 22, 2015
These are the first part of bib shorts I have owned and I am glad I purchased them. I used them for the first time last Sunday on a 120 KM ride and was very happy with the way the performed. They felt great, no bunching up at the waist the way shorts can after a lot of miles. All-in-all a good product.
Pros:
Very comfortable, just the right amount of padding.
Cons:
The only thing is they are a bit warmer then shorts as they come up a bit above the waist and cover more skin.
Best Uses:
Road riding, medium to long distances.

I'd recommend these bibs to anyone. They fit true to Anerican sizing. Great product. This is my third pair of ATD bibs or tights because I've lost 160 pounds and have needed to size down. They last forever and the pad is great.

Fit, pad, durability
Cons:

great general purpose bib
September 12, 2015
I purchased this based upon experience with other Aerotech products I have ordered. I was not disappointed. Seems to run true to size. I am 5' 10" and 177 lbs and the medium fits fine. Good construction, with nice leg grippers. Fabric is not too light or too heavy. The small reflective tabs on the legs will help with visibility. No issues with the straps although I had a base layer underneath. Wore them on a 64 mile ride and they were great. If I were doing a century ride I might look for a short with denser padding - but the discomfort I began to feel after 50 miles was probably due more to lack of longer mileage rides on my part than any issues with the short. I expect to have these for a while.

Great bibs for the price
September 8, 2015
First ride out I knew these were a step up from my other bibs. I got back into cycling a couple years ago and bought a pair of "Big Name" bibs. I thought they were great until I got these new ones from Aero Tech. Nothing to complain about....comfortable, affordable, and seem durable. I am 6'3", 270 and the XL seem to fit pretty well. At my size 2x may fit a bit better, but I'm getting smaller all the time so I went with the XL.

Great fit. The padding took a little to get use to (use to my older bibs). Really like these bibs. First time I used them, was chaffing a bit in the groin area. Great value for the price.
Pros:
Good fit Pad feels good
Cons:
Pad might be a little big-once again, we may have bought these big (I a big rider 6 foot 270 lbs)

A must have item!
August 12, 2015
I am big. I was 300 lbs and 6' 2" when I started cycling this last May. I started out just wearing gym shorts. Then I bought a super cheap pair of bike shorts off Amazon. After a few months of riding like that and after reading every cycling magazine I could get my hands on, I came to the conclusion that I needed some quality bike shorts. When I was browsing Aerotech the first time I wasn't looking for bibs but I saw these and decided to take a chance. I am very glad that I did. I bought 2 and I have used them extensively over the last month. Because of the shoulder straps, the chamois does not move around on you very much which helps with comfort. The longish legs do a great job at preventing thigh rubbing. The grippers at the bottom of the leg do a good job of keeping the legs from riding up into your crotch. Overall these bibs are very comfortable and do a great job at keeping me cool. They wick away sweat just like the jerseys. Considering what "name brand" bibs sell for, $60 is a steal and we'll worth it for these.
Pros:
Comfy. Cool. Good chamois. Chamois doesn't move much.
Cons:
It could just be because I am a big guy and still kinda green (4 months riding) but on long rides the comfort level of the chamois pad kinda decreases. I just did my longest ride yet last weekend. 41 miles in just about 3 hours. The last hour was no pleasure cruise for my rump. My normal ride is an hour though and they are super comfy for that. If I could give these 4 and 3/4 stars I would, but that wasn't an option so 4 stars it is.
Best Uses:
3 season cycling

Great for short rides
August 6, 2015
Extremely comfortable padding, but does not wick moisture very well. After a 3-hour ride, it's like wearing a soggy wet diaper.
Pros:
Comfortable pad
Cons:
Poor wicking over time.
Best Uses:
Short rides 25-30 miles / 2 hours
