The keenly designed shape eliminates chafing and smooths out the crotch area for maximum comfort on long bicycle rides.

What makes this pad special? It is the fantastic fit that comes from a highly engineered design.  Think about all the curves we have in our crotch area. To fit all these big curves we have between our legs and around the body's torso, we cannot do it effectively with a single piece of fabric.  That is why this anti-chafe chamois pad fits with excellent nice and tight to the skin.  It has 4 pieces that are engineered to fits all the curves that we have. The side wings on this pad offer up excellent fit around your legs and torso. This excellent fit is not available with one piece pads. The surface of the chamois is antibacterial which is important to prevent the growth of bacterial which lead to saddle sores for long distance cyclists.

    Buying 2 more

Posted by Deb on Dec 27th 2016

Got these for my husband and he wanted them installed in a pair of UA shorts. I'm not a seamstress so I made him be my manikin. I sprayed the back side of the pad with basting spray (don't use spray adhesive since you want the glue to come off in the wash), then helped him hold the pad while he pulled up the shorts. Did some rearranging of the shorts and pad til it all seemed good, slipped them off and zig zag stitched them in and tossed them in the wash. I never had to pin at all! And he likes them so much we're ordering 2 more pads!

Great product at a great price.

The pad is comfortable and absorbs sweat well so stays comfy. I use this as loose liner pad inside a pair of running under shorts. When I am on the run stage of an event I remove the pad. It's easy to replace inside my shorts when I get back on the bike. So far this works very well. The product is retaining its shape and I have not suffered from saddle sores. I wil definitely be ordering a spare in due course.

    Just As Described!

I bought this chamois to see into a pair of riding shorts I made for my husband. The instructions were very well explained and I was able to sew them in properly on the first try! My husband says the padding is great and he's enjoying his new bike shorts.

I read in other comments where people trimmed off the black part surrounding the blue chamois. Since that wasn't part of the instructions, I left it on and they are fine that way.

    Great impact protection!

I bought this to protect my sit-bones from bruising and general discomfort on longer rides. It sewed easily into the shorts (great instructions!) I wanted to customize and worked just as I dreamed. Now that I know how well it works I'm going to purchase another one for my other shorts!

    Very good, but...

Posted by Charles on Apr 7th 2015

I bought this pad and replaced a worn out pad in my wife's bicycle pants. The sewing instructions were precise, easy to follow, and thorough. I got it just right the first time.

However, The two black side panels were not so comfortable. She said they went well down her legs on the inside, and felt a little stiff and thick, slightly restricting the free back and forth movement of the legs. I stitched just outside the blue area on both legs, then used a seam ripper to free the black fabric from the pants. I then trimmed away the black fabric. She has now done about 200 minutes on a spin bike and says they are perfect.

I would suggest changing the sewing instructions. The pinning phase should remain as it is, all around the perimeter, but the stitching should be along the inside edge of the black, not the outside, and the black should be cut away after the sewing is done. I have a Harvard degree in design and fifty years of sewing experience.

Saved my old bibs whose pads had worn

Easy to sew onto existing worn pad. Works well and shouldn't chaff if properly sewn on.
