Never used these before as a big guy trying to get fit cycling whereas I could cycle so far and then discomfort but now I can comfortably cycle much further with little pain.
ConsCost to buy from USA postage is huge

Great so far
I am a big guy trying to lose weight and doing a lot of bike riding. These fit me and really made a difference in comfort while riding. Never thought I would wear padded bike shorts but I am sold on them.

ATD Big Padded Underwear
I use the underwear for daily wear to help support a few problems in the groin area.
ProsGreat workmanship been buying them for years.

Finally for the wider rider
Trying to find bicycling clothes to fit when shprt and wide can be tough. These fit great

Good under unpadded shorts.
Wore these on KATY trail under baggy athletic shorts. Worked fine. Legs are long so don't wear with short shorts unless you don't mind strange looks.

This underwear works well enough. However, the next level up (Elite Air Gel) works even better, although it is $20 more. Fits well, comfort able enough with adequate padding for shorter rides.
ProsLess costly and yet does the job for the causal rider.
ConsA little less comfortable than the Elite Air Gel level.
Best UsesShorter rides.

Excellent underwear for shorter rides
I ordered these mainly for shorter rides. They're not as thickly padded as Aero's baggies or bike shorts, but they fit perfectly, are smooth and not obvious under street shorts yet offer padding for those shorter rides of 10 miles or so. They stayed in place, didn't bunch or migrate, etc. And the price compared with other liners is fair. I'll pick up a pair of baggies or bike shorts with thicker padding for the longer rides next.
ProsLook completely unobtrusive under street clothes, comfortable, they stay where they should
ConsThicker pad would be better for longer rides of more than 25 miles - would recommend dedicated baggies or bike shorts instead for those.
Best Usesshort rides, rides combined with non biking purposes like commuting, shopping, etc.

I very pleased with the shorts, especially the sizing and that the fit me properly. They appear to be top quality and I hope that time proves them so! Thank you for shipping them so quickly.

Comfortable and durable
I've been wearing these (as an underlayer for the commuter knickers) for a couple of years now, and they're still as comfortable as they were the day I first put them on. The padding and legs stay put, and after a few minutes you hardly know you're wearing them, because the padding, although very sufficient, is not too thick or combersome.

Great for big guys
I bought these when I was first beginning to ride and they fit great. Very comfortable. Keeps you dry. The sizing chart is pretty much spot on. However, the padding is really thin. These are wonderful for short rides, like I was doing in the beginning, but now that I'm starting to spend 45-60 min on the bike during my rides I'm finding the padding just doesn't cut it that long term. I'd say these are perfect for up to 30 min rides, but beyond that the padding is too thin.

Works for me
I didn't enjoy the heavy padding of biking shorts and found the padded underwear works great for me....and.....it can be worn under any outer garment from shorts in warm weather to sweatpants in cold weather.

I ride a performance motorcycle 120 to 200 miles a day. Your butt can really get sore doing this kind of mileage in the heat of the south. These are fatigue reducing compression clothing that I consider a must for the way I travel.
