Try your cyclewear on with clean skin and sit on your bike to check the fit before you use the garments or remove tags.

Exchanges:

We cover the cost of re-shipping your exchanged item(s). To exchange an item, just return it within 3 weeks of your order’s ship date with this completed Return Form. Please make sure that all of the tags and original packaging are included. Aero Tech Designs will not exchange any garments that have hair or have been worn, dirtied, or washed. Exchanges will be shipped back via first class mail.

Returns:

For Security purposes, credit card numbers expire in our system after 21 days. After 21 days, we issue a store credit which can be used for any item in our store. Refunds are for unused (not worn, not laundered) clothing with tags. Items returned damaged or without tags and original packaging are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Try your cyclewear on with clean skin and underwear. Sit on your bicycle to determine fit in the cycling position.

To qualify for a full refund, returns must be in the same condition as when originally sold and in the original packaging provided by the manufacturer, including tags, packaging, and accessories to the product itself. All garments must be UNUSED and UNLAUNDERED. Aero Tech Designs will not refund any garments that have hair or have been worn, dirtied, or washed.

Refunds: Please allow 7 business days after receipt of your return for the refund to show up on your credit card statement.

Store Credit: Store credit is issued as a coupon code for a specific amount. This coupon code is redeemable upon checkout in the shopping cart. Enter your coupon code in the box and click "apply" where you will see the credit showing to reduce your purchase price.

Instructions: To return a product for a refund or exchange

Send the completed Return Form (PDF) completely filled out.
If you have access to a copier, you could include a copy of your packing list. For returns relating to multiple orders, please enclose a copy of each order’s packing slip. Note: UPS and FedEx deliver daily. US Postal shippers can request delivery confirmation to us, but please do not request a signature be required. Should you request a signature, your package will be delayed in delivery to us. Our US Postal mailman does not usually deliver "signature required" packages. Please allow at least one week’s processing time from when your return is delivered to our offices to process your return or exchange. See Order Lookup to use your email to look up you order.

Guarantee:

Our products are unconditionally guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship. If your item is defective we will repair or replace the item at no charge to you. Please send your defective item to us within three weeks of ship date along with an explanation on the Return Form (PDF) and we will make sure you receive a replacement.

Shipping is Not Refundable:

Shipping charges are paid to your chosen carrier (USPS, UPS or Fed Ex) and are non-refundable even if we miss your emergency, we do not refund shipping charges for items we ship and receive returned. Shipping charges are not refundable.
