Excellent bike gloves
Great thick (but not too thick) padding in right places (for me, anyway--lower part of hand). Leather is soft and comfortable.

Very Nice
I ordered The XL , 53 yr. old male 6'2" 200 lbs, slim build. they seem big,but work, and maybe could have ordered the large, which is what the chart recommended, I thought.. too big is better than too small, next time I will get the large. They definitely helped with the carpal tunnel numbness, which is why I bought them, All the other gloves I've tried don't have padding in that area. Not real happy with the 80's styling.I wish they made a a modern styled glove with the correct padding placement for us old guys. Maybe Aero Tech could make a modern made in USA pair??? with the 80's padding placement.....
ProsAlleviation of hand numbness.
Cons80's styling

Nice Padding, fit good but wear out quick
I love these gloves. The padding is thicker than the other colored gloves I ordered from Aerotech. The only disappointment however I see already is the leather is wearing out already. I only used them maybe 8 times so far.
ProsLike padding & fit.
ConsLeather wears out quick.

sizing chart not accurate; gloves too big
shipping was slower than forecasted and gloves were too big and sloppy-fitting. I took careful measurements of hand according to their sizing chart and still did not work.

WHAT "gel" padding??!?
When I see "gel padding", I think of Spenco-type silicone gel padding that is very shock-absorbing and resilient. However, I was quite mistaken, as the padding in these cycling gloves is very dense and unforgiving ‚€” I certainly would not describe them as "gel". I was more comfortable without these gloves and only using my padded handlebars. Other than that, the leather and stitching were nice, but the handmade crocheting around a couple of fingers was so tight on the left that I could not even slip the glove over my fingers. (My hands are very average medium size and would have otherwise fit these gloves.) For these two reasons, I did return the gloves, and ATD very kindly accommodated me. In the end, the the padding was the greater disappointment.
ProsNice leather
ConsVery dense padding did NOT cushion my hands comfortably when biking Size /width of gloves seems larger than expected. Finger opening was sewn too tightly.
Best UsesWheelchair users. (The dense padding would work perfectly for that. ) Weightlifting Driving

Aero Tech padded gloves
The gloves feel good and seem to fit well.
ProsThe padding feels good.
Cons1)They do not fit as snug as I thought. 2) The crochet seems to be prone to tearing.

Great shooting gloves!
Looked for a set of padded gloves when my aging hands smarted under the recoil of heavy revolvers at the range. Bought these sight-unseen through the net and they work great!

Aero Tech gel gloves
Cannot ever find decent gel gloves with actual padding for nerve problems. These are so much better than the poor quality lycra junk pedaled by Performance or other popular brands. These are similar to Trico brand bought a few years earlier. These are just the perfect gloves for distance cycling.
ProsAdequate gel padding, good ventilation for hot weather and real genuine leather construction and great price. These outpace any other type "gel" gloves.
ConsCannot think of one single thing.

Great gloves
Out of the box the gloves and padding are firm, but through a few days on the road they have softened and conformed to my hands nicely. Padding seems more robust than many gloves I have tried. Use them on every ride.

Confortable - Does the job.
Bought these to use the right hand glove when shooting a large bore handgun ( 454 Casull - 2.5" barrel). The padding help with the recoil. Didn't want to spend $60+ on a popular "shooting gloves" who (mfg.) happened to be out of stock on a size large (really?)
ProsWell made and comfortable, cool.
Best UsesShooting large bore handgun.

Great Gel gloves
Gel gloves these days usually have very thin gel paddling. However, these have the thickest gel that I could find. I truly hope these last a long time. They greatly reduce numbness in my fingers during a long mntn bike ride.
ProsThick gel
ConsLight color, would like black better

a little off
The gloves fit except for one finger on one hand. I popped the stitch and repaired it to fit. I don't mind needle work but the gloves were brand new. I recommend more thorough quality control and kevlar thread to stitch them. Gloves performed well.
Prosclassic styling, cool no sweat
ConsKind of cheap

Just okay
The first pair sent to me had the palms stuck together at the gel pads. When I took them apart, the tan coloring came off from both gloves. Aerotech was very good at sending me a replacement pair. After a few rides, the tan coloring started to come off anyway. They seem to run large. I ordered medium, but they feel like large size. The gel pads and/or fit are not working for me because I'm feeling hand and finger numbness for the first time in many years of riding with different gloves. I will try a different brand after these wear out.
ProsVintage, nostalgic appearance.
Conscoloring comes off quickly, runs large, gel padding or fit did not work for my hands, but may work for you.

RE: Too Bad, They Look Great
I bought the ATD gel gloves for a tour and was looking forward to wearing them. But two day into the ride I could not feel my little finger and his neighbor on either hand and switched back to my well worn Pearl Izumi gloves which helped get a tingle back. Reading about the the ATD gloves I felt confident that the design would make these gloves a good buy for $19.95 ;but that's not the case for me.
ProsLook Great
ConsHit the nerves in my outer palm wrong causing lack of sensation in some fingers

Very good gloves
When my very old pair of crocheted gloves finally gave up the ghost, ATD was the only place that I could find new ones. They came quickly, are of high quality, and are exactly what I'd hoped.

Feels good but rather started coming off in a week
I ordered the gloves to use on my Vespa. When I received them I thought they were well made and comfortable. Delivery time was impressive. Unfortunately the beige color started rubbing off within a week. They did the job and I would buy them again were it not for the manufacturing defect. I also bought a pair of Giro gloves eleswhere and I find them better.
Best UsesBicycle or Scooter riding. Eliminate the pain you get on your palms on longer trips.

Top quality
Material and fit are awesome. I have very large hands, so it's important that gloves be large enough for me. I ordered XXL and these fit great. Been wearing them daily for two weeks now and show little or no wear. Padding on palms helps with the beating of off road gravel and rough trails.
ProsForm fitting, good padding on the palms, web top side for air circulation.
Best UsesOff road biking, but I suppose any biking they would be a great help.

great padding on palns
When ordering these gloves, I didn't realize they were sized for men.
ConsThey need to say "Mens" on the web site. They were in with women's items, so I thought they were sized for women, not men.. I gave them to another bike rider... wasn't worth sending back...

Great for driving
I bought these gloves as driving gloves. I couldn't find a memory foam steering wheel cover to fit my car, so I decided that gloves would be the answer. These were great on my long road trip last week.
ProsThe cushioning is great!
Best UsesThey're made for bikes, but I'm using them in my car.
