Customer Service Specialist

Aero Tech Designs is seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist. Responsibilities include to help customers find the right items, pick daily orders, and help ship the orders. An ideal candidate would have good attention to detail skills and a positive attitude. Customer service experience is a plus.

Job Duties

• Answer customer phone calls and emails
• Help collect the daily orders with attention to detail

• Ship orders on a daily basis
• Help with warehouse upkeep

• Assist with inventory stocking, organization, and counting
• Basic computer skills are necessary
• Perform other related duties as needed or required

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Prior warehouse experience

• Ability to work on their feet for a full work day

• High School Diploma/GED

• Part time and full time availability
