Swiftwick Does What It Says It Does

Posted by DC Williams on Jan 7th 2017

By sheer happenstance this solid Swiftwick wearer put on his first pair nearly two years ago when handed to me without charge was my first pair. Within months that first pair grew to four, six and eight pairs simply because that first pair and all the remainder did what Swiftwick said it'd do with that first pair.

As much as this fellow desires to beat Old Man Time, he can't. And while it pains me to even understand such, it is what it is. One of the body parts that fail with age, and gravity, are the veins - not arteries - in the human leg no matter that this Official Curmudgeon has for years climbed upon his spin bike twice weekly at his local YMCA. Veins tend to grow week and, more or less, "wander" after fighting gravity since birth. Swiftwick helps stiffen those veins and resultantly improve circulation.

In the performance of my professional life it's nothing for me to knock down 10-to-15 miles each weekend day as I prowl racing's pits to find stories for my readers. Swiftwick has improved that walk. And while Swiftwick hasn't exactly made me again the speed demon I once was, it sure has made the job far easier; more enjoyable.

    Swiftwick is the good

I really like these compression socks. I originally got the L size and had to return for XL since my calves are enormous. The return process and quick shipping was impressive as always. I'm always impressed with product line, quality and variety available at AeroTech. I would highly recommend this product without reservation. I have tried several different brands and styles of compression socks and these are the best I have tried...

    Short

I lo.ve the AeroTech 12" socks so I figured I'd try these (more expensive) because the size chart said they go up to size 16 and I wear 15. Well, they are twice as hard to put on because the elastic top is twice the depth of the Aero socks and do not stretch as easily. Ok, I figured they would stretch a bit over time and I could live with that but then when I eventually did get it on, it only came up half the distance of the Aero12" socks providing no compression to my calf at all. Sorry but they are going back in exchange for another pair of the AeroTech 12" socks. They might be great for shorter people, but if you're tall, beware.

    These Make a Difference

Posted by Hank on Jun 14th 2014

As someone with veinous insufficiency and a senior rider, I tried this product and have gone on two moderately long rides, one yesterday involving a major 1 mile long almost vertical rise. I honestly believe these socks enabled me to enjoy the ride and tackle the difficult hills without getting totally breathless.
