100% Unconditional Guarantee Against Manufacture Defects
Aero Tech Designs' products come with a 100% unconditional guarantee against manufacture defects. Defects include sewing errors, fallen out seams, or broken zippers. In the case of a defect, contact our customer service. We will walk you through the steps and either fix the item or send you a replacement. Typically, we will ask to see photo of the damaged product. Once it has been determined that your product can be repaired (usually in 24-48 hours) we will send a prepaid collection envelope to pick up your item. Once we receive it, we will fix the problem and send it back to you. This usually takes about a week.
Returns and Exchanges
Return Policy - We want to make your return easy and fast. There is no need to contact us first, simply follow the steps below:
We try to make the return and exchange process as user-friendly as possible, and we understand that purchasing clothing online can be difficult. As long as an item is still in its original condition you are eligible for a refund or exchange. We ask that all returns are made within three (3) weeks of the date that you received the order. If you have any concerns about the time frame, give us a call, we are flexible.
To process a return:
1. Flip over your packaging slip. You will find a return/exchange form. You can also print it from here: Return Form
2. Fill out the return/exchange form. Here you will note whether a return or exchange is desired. If an exchange is needed note what new size or item you would like.
3. Send the item back to us. (Return shipping is paid for by the customer, and we recommend using a service that provides a tracking number.)
4. When we receive the return allow 1-2 weeks for processing.
5. If an item is returned, we will refund your money. Typically refunds take a few days for the banks to process before you see your refund. If you would like an exchange we will send the new item and we'll take care of the shipping charges.
We just ask that you please leave the tags on all items and try them on before using them in a physical activity or washing them; returns and exchanges can only be accepted when the items are in their original condition.

In the beginning of 2016 we have started accepting inquiries from bike shops. We have a program in place to get you started, and we would love to talk. Please fill out the form on this page to get started Dealer Form. After we receive your request, we will follow up typically in 24 to 48 hours.
We offer the following shipping services:

2. FedEx Ground (1-5 business days)
3. FedEx Expedited (1-2 business days)
4. Standard International (7-15 business days)
5. Expedited International (2-8 business days)
We are located in Pittsburgh, PA. Use that location when predicting shipping times to your location. Aero Tech Designs ships worldwide every business day. Most orders placed will ship out the next business day. Not sure if we ship to your country? If your country is listed in the 'country' drop-down on the checkout page then yes, we do ship to your country. In the rare case that a certain size or color is out of stock please allow for extra time.
If you have a delivery emergency, please contact us. Call us to see if we can overnight your items at your expense. If we miss your delivery emergency, shipping costs are not refundable. We do not guarantee delivery dates and we do not pay for express delivery. As a manufacturer, occasionally we have to manufacture a size or color. Thank you for your consideration.
Tracking a package:
Once an order is shipped we will automatically email you a notice with a tracking number. If you set up an account you can click on 'My Account' and then 'Order History'. You will see all your orders there with a tracking status.
Each shipping carrier has their own shipping rates. We use a real time shipping calculator meaning the rates we charge are the actual rates the shipping services charge us. Domestic orders over $50 ship free to all 50 states with USPS Standard shipping. Typically the most economical domestic shipping is USPS Standard and international would be Standard International.
**International Customers** Please note, we here at Aero Tech Designs have no control over your countries import duties. In some cases, your country may apply an import duty. We do our best to avoid these, but we have no control if you are imposed with a duty. Aero Tech Designs is not responsible for your duty fees.
Our clothing is made from synthetic performance fabrics and improper care can shorten the life of a product. Creams and liquids such as sun block can deteriorate the fibers faster, so we recommend minimal contact with these and your clothing.
Before washing, close all zippers and fasten all velcro. It's best to wash your performance cyclewear with cold water and a mild detergent. It is best to avoid the dryer and hang to dry. You will notice the clothing feels rather dry out of the wash. That is because these fabrics are engineered to remove moisture. (That's why you're buying performance cyclewear!) DO NOT wash your shorts and jerseys in the same load with things containing Velcro such as gloves or bags.
This is when the fabric balls up and frays. This almost never occurs because of the fabric. Normally when we hear about an issue with this, Velcro from a seat pack is snagging the fabric and the rider never knows.
Unless stated in a product listing, synthetic fabrics do not hold up well to chlorine. We do not recommend using most our products in a pool.
Third-Party Web Beacons: We use third-party web beacons from Yahoo! to help analyze where visitors go and what they do while visiting our website. Yahoo! may also use anonymous information about your visits to this and other websites in order to improve its products and services and provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). Your Credit Card is Safe with Us!
Yahoo! Is a trusted hosting site and uses the highest levels of security. All credit card info is completely wiped from our system in 21 days after purchase (hence the 3 week return period).
Email Sign Up Discount
We offer a 5% discount off your first purchase if you sign up for our email list before placing the order. This discount is valid for products for sale on aerotechdesigns.com, but is not valid for custom orders placed through the Custom Club and Team division.
Q: How do I complete an exchange or return?
A: On the back of your packaging slip there is an exchange/return form. Fill this out and send the item back. You are responsible for return postage, but if an exchange is requested we'll cover the postage to ship back your new, exchanged items.
Q: I sent an order back for an exchange or refund. When will I see an update?
A: Exchanges and refunds usually take about 1-2 weeks to process after we receive the item. An email notification will be sent after the return has been processed.
Q: I returned an item and was given store credit for it. It's been a while but when I went to use I'm getting a notice that it expired, help!
A: Let us know by phone or email that this happened, and we'll reissue the coupon. Our system cleans old coupons out after a certain period of time. You are still entitled to the credit, just let us know.
2. Free Shipping over $50 offer:
Q: Does the free shipping for orders over $50 cover international orders?
A: No, free shipping over $50 is for domestic orders in the USA only.
3. International Shipping:
Q: Do you ship to international locations?
A: Yes, we ship internationally every day. To get a shipping quote, add your products to a shopping cart and go to the checkout page. There you can select your country from the drop down and enter your postal code. Next, select your carrier and hit apply. Your total will update with the shipping costs. We suggest selecting Standard International because that method usually offers the best rates.
Q: My product has been shipped but something happened along the way, what can I do?
A: Contact the shipping provider directly. They will be able to give you a proper update in the quickest amount of time. If they don't have a good answer, please contact us and we will follow up and take necessary steps.
Q: It's been a couple of days, when will my order ship?
A: We are a manufacture and once in a while we will have to make a product in order to fulfill the order. Normally, we fulfill most orders in one business day; however, there are instances that take up to 3 days or longer to fulfill the order. Also, some products we list have a special note to please allow 6-10 days to manufacture because of extra steps involved to produce. Please be patient. We will ship ASAP.
Q: I need an order shipped ASAP, I have a delivery emergency. What do I need to do?

Q: Do you ship internationally and what is the cost?
A: Yes, we provide international shipping. To get an idea of the shipping costs, go to the checkout page with the products you are interested in a shopping cart. Then, select your country in the country drop down, enter your postal code, and select your shipping carrier. We suggest looking at Standard International for the best rates. Also, if you can't find your country in the drop down then we do not offer shipping to your country.
Q: What size should I pick?
A: Each product we list has a dedicated sizing chart. Most of Aero Tech Designs' products follow conventional USA sizing. If a product runs small or large, it will be noted in the listing. Since everyone is different, it is impossible for us to pick the size for you. If you are not sure what size you need, take actual measurements and compare to the item-specific size chart in each listing.
Q: I'm doing a charity ride; will Aero Tech Designs sponsor me?
A: Due to an overwhelming amount of requests for these types of rides, we cannot offer a full sponsorship to individual riders. However, you maybe eligible to become a brand ambassador. To find out more about this contact Steve@aerotechdesigns.com

A: We would like to talk to you about your event. Let us know the specifics like where is it, how many people ride, when it is, and we will help as much as we can.

7. Retail Locations and Opportunities
Q: Are your products found near my location? I would rather try them on first.
A: As of the beginning of 2016 we are not in any retail locations. We hope to change that in the near future. If you are really unsure of a size, please give us a call. We can walk you through sizing so you get the correct size.
Q: I own a bike shop and I would really like to carry your clothing. What can we do?
A: We are starting a retail product offering, and we want to talk to you. Right now we have a limited offering, but are putting down the foundation to having a great retail program. We are here to support LBS, and want to help. Please give us a call or email email@example.com
