Fly Zipper opens to left?
July 31, 2017
Received my knickers today really enjoy the fit and style... funny thing is the fly is open to the Left... is that supposed to be European flair? Or was it just rarity... Just wondering Jun from Jersey
Pros:
Style, comfort,
Cons:
Fly zipper ooens on wrong side
Best Uses:
Cycling, hiking, relaxing, looking good

Unpadded
July 24, 2017
Clearly I didn't read closely enough. When I purchased a set of "cycling knickers", I expected them to have a cycling chamois. I have not worn these and don't know when I ever will.
Best Uses:
Wearing over the top of cycling shorts for the purposes of commuting.

Too heavy

Quality and value are excellent. The material is too heavy for summer riding here. I plan to return them. Chris

Well Made
July 11, 2017
These knickers are well made with numerous pockets. The overall length is not ideal for me on my recumbent bike in that the cuff breaks mid knee for me causing a rub with pedal strokes. Cuff length is fine on my upright bike

Any chance they'll bring out khaki?
July 1, 2017
I love these shorts. I have them in black and gray -- and virtually live in them. (My only gripe is the "girl's side" zipper in the black pair; but one gets used to it.) I really do wish they would become available in a khaki or loden type color.

Very Trike Friendly!
June 25, 2017
Hello, Thanks for making a great knickers that not only work with my recumbent trike but fir my currently plus sized frame. I had about given up on finding cycling clothing that fits until I discovered AeroTech on the Bent Rider Online site. Thanks, Bill
Pros:

Cons:
None as yet.
Best Uses:
All cycling. I use mine for my recumbent trike rides but they'd work for any cycling, hiking, roller skiing, or rollerblading.

Just what I needed for MTB. Love the pockets. Lot of MTB shorts have barely just one pocket!! Yes, I'm aware that you shouldn't store stuff in the pockets for you might get hurt when falling!! They worked with my knee pads greatly. It's comfortable and light to wear.
Best Uses:
Riding MTB

Using as "rowing" shorts
April 12, 2017
I'm not a biker; am an avid flyfisherman and like to guide friends out of my driftboat or cataraft. These are terrific, quick drying with some storage pockets for fly boxes. Mainly, they are long enough to cover my knees which often get burned (I'm 6'3") ...and I hate wearing long pants if I can avoid it as I do quite a bit of stopping and wading the rivers of NW Montana. The material looks like it will hold up well though I have only had them a few weeks.
Pros:
Quick Drying Lightweight but durable feeling material Pockets.

Great for the Trail
January 29, 2017
Always have a hard time finding baggy shorts that fit well for trail riding. Gave up and rode with my bibs but didn't like being that guy. As a last resort I tried these cycling knickers and they are great. The material stretches so they don't bind up around the thighs. I am tall but these are the perfect length for mountain biking/trail. You may limit your market by calling them urban cycling knickers. They look and perform great as trail shorts as well. Great job.
Pros:
good length stretch fabric pockets
Cons:
none
Best Uses:
Trail

Nice product
January 20, 2017
I use the knicks in cooler weather while commuting to work. The coldest day was 6 degrees F. They provide good coverage and wind protection. These are the best I have found for riding in temperatures below 40 degrees.
Pros:
They seem durable and well thought out. I like the belt and the drawstring at the knee.
Cons:
None
Best Uses:
Cool weather riding

Love 'em
December 14, 2016
Just got these pants in the mail and put them on after a long day in my work slacks. I've got meaty legs so wearing pants that fit my waist end up being too tightly around my groin and upper thighs. Still after having zero tolerance for confining pants, I put these on and experienced pure comfort. I've got complete mobility, no confinement when squatting. No sausage casing feeling in the legs. I can lounge in these knickers the whole day, or hit the trails. I'm so glad I found these. I usually wear 34" waist pants and my current work slack, if I'm honest are getting a bit tight. (thanks Christmas cookies) I went with a medium and had good results. They look fitted with minimal loose fabric to get snagged, but still have a baggy look. If you want a baggy fit go with the recommended size.
Pros:
Stretch, fit,
Cons:
Can't speak to them at this point.
Best Uses:
Biking, coffee shop lounging, transcontinental flights

I think I'm in love
November 29, 2016
I love these shorts - for a very tall man (I'm 6'11") it's wonderful to have a pair of cycling knickers that don't make me look like an overgrown child in the wrong clothes. I have a 42" waist (and a 38" inseam and just over 250 pounds). I ordered the XXL, a beautiful fit and still lots of room, if I want to have some more pie...
Pros:
lightweight, breathable, great fit, keeps th'oul liathróidí cool
Cons:
I'm probably going to wear them out, coz I'll wear them so often, they're great! If you don't see another review from me here on them, then hopefully that means they're hardwearing too :)
Best Uses:
Walking, hiking, leisurely cycling

excellent active wear
November 12, 2016
I use these exclusively for bouldering and rock climbing. They are flexible and allow for great range of motion. The zippered pockets keep everything in place and the extra length protects the knees while allowing the feet to be unobstructed. Overall exactly what I look for in a climbing pants.
Pros:
stretchy below knee length zipper pockets
Cons:
pocket lining wore out after a year or so
Best Uses:
rock climbing and bouldering

Best pants ever!
August 13, 2016
I bought these pants in a thrift store and wore them a couple days a week for two summers. They were finally getting raggedy and I tried to buy new ones on line. I didn't realize they were men's but once I found them I was totally willing to purchase them full price. They are comfortable, convenient with zippered pockets in all the right places and dry so quickly that it makes them really versatile. I wear them for casual wear but also dressy because they stay brand new black.

Love these knickers
August 8, 2016
Have purchased two for myself and one for my wife. The material is awesome and feels great. Love being able to cinch bottoms so no riding up. Would be five stars except for button closure(double snaps like Zoic) and needing a belt instead of Velcro tightened(again Zoic) and also fact that belt is a pain to get back on and male end falls off. Make these corrections and they would better than Zoic Reign knickers....

Great pants!
August 2, 2016
Absolutely love these pants. The design, the technology, the attention to detail... All of it top shelf. I've had them for a year now, wear them 2-3 times a week, they still look new. My only complaint: I wish I had read more carefully the reviews that said they run large, I bought the mediums, in hindsight wish I'd gotten small. I thought they might shrink, wrong, they don't. Wish all my pants/shorts were made of that material
Pros:
Design, technology, attention to detail
Cons:
They run a size larger for average build people.
Best Uses:
Cycling, hiking, outdoor recreation.

Great pants for cycling and kayaking
August 1, 2016
All around great pants. I got three pair. Great for cycling, kayaking and yoga. Only four stars because they're expensive and they don't run true to size - they run large. Otherwise, if you can afford these, enjoy.
Cons:
Size runs large.

Cons:

Legs too cut too full for thin guy
June 13, 2016
Ordered and returned. I liked the stretchy fabric, construction, style, elastic waist, belt, color, and pockets. But the legs, for me, were cut too full. I am 6'1', 180lbs, 35" waist, with runner's build. Size medium would fit a 5'8", 175lbs, 34-35" waist guy better. Great customer service.
Best Uses:
Was hoping to use them bicycle commuting.

Rugged
May 24, 2016
A lot of the biking knickers are very lightweight, which work well in some situations. I like that this are a little thicker and more rugged. I also like the solid button and zipper. I use these as hiking shorts as well as on the bike, and for all-around. The sizing worked well, although a size down, due to the elastic waist, would probably work as well.
Pros:
Nice material - seem it will hold up.
Cons:
Could be about an inch longer.
Best Uses:
Hiking, biking, all-around

Urban Pedal Pusher Knickers
April 1, 2016
Really great knicker, especially if you are in the mountain biking scene. Lightweight, stretchy, durable. I have ridden them in 70 degree weather and i was cool and 40 degree weather where they kept me warm. Really like that you can make adjustments to fit. Can absolutely wear them anytime or with anything, I will definitely bring things when I hike. Overall a really strong product, I have one pair, probably a few more to come to change up the colors. Only Con to these pants was they run a little larger than what I anticipated. I range in pant sizes from 34-36 depending on the brand and I selected a large size, but a medium would of absolutely sufficed. Large still has a great fit, if you are looking for something a little tighter (and honest with yourself about your size) you could probably hit a size down.
Pros:
Great durability. stay in place/position while riding. Great in warm temps to stay cool and great in cool temps to stay warm. Keep you streamlined when you ride.
Cons:
run a little bigger than anticipated. Usually a large, but could of definitely went with a medium. regardless, large still fits great
Best Uses:
Mountain biking, hiking.

Big Man Fit
February 26, 2016
I am a big fella that cycle commutes to work regularly, even in winter. I bought these knickers because the price was right and they went up to 4XL I am a 42 waist and I bought the xxlL The fit is fantastic, I have large thighs and these knickers are comfortable. I am surprised at the durability as well. I put approximately 800 miles on these last year commuting to work and cycling around town. Wash after wash ride after ride they are holding up. I am going to purchase another pair ..
Pros:
Fit, durability, price point ..
Cons:
None really,
Best Uses:
